Negotiations on the 2024/25 collective agreement are being resumed with the participation of FINDECT representatives.

Negotiations on the collective agreement resumed on Monday, 22/07, between FINDECT, Correios and other unions. FINDECT management is demanding that the company submit concrete proposals that meet the demands of the workers. The main points under discussion include salary adjustments, benefits improvements and, most importantly, a reduction in health plan costs. FINDECT is designed to ensure that workers are properly evaluated and receive fair working conditions.
So far, progress has been minimal and the company’s position has been disappointing. FINDECT requires serious negotiations, focusing on salary and benefits adjustments, better working conditions through public competition, and reduced health plan costs. It is imperative that the company treat these issues with the seriousness and urgency required.
The workers are mobilized and ready to fight for their rights. If the company does not make a satisfactory offer, a strike meeting is scheduled for August 7. The unity and determination of this class is evident, and the mobilization is growing every day, strengthening the struggle for a fair and dignified collective agreement.
