Former Federal Deputy Federal Daniel Silvera was allowed to perform temporary trips from the prison for 30 days to receive medical treatment. The decision, which disturbed the political defense, occurs, after undergoing knee surgery on July 26, due to the ligament break. According to his lawyer, since his return to the AA agricultural colony, Marco Aurelio Vergas Tavares de Matos, in Magai (RJ), he had a fever and suffers from inflammation in the operation area. The first trip is expected to happen to the doctor on Thursday.

According to lawyer Michael Robert, who is defending Daniel Silvera, the request was to move to the arrest of the Human House of Representatives, as the prison unit stated that he was unable to submit a follow -up after the surgery. However, the Supreme Court’s decision rejected the request and set temporary exits.

Today it has been five days since there was no medical attention and was fever. I asked the Supreme Court to go out for exams, but it did not give them. Now I gave this other decision about the temporary departure, which I have taken. He must have a suitable comfort and home treatment, and this is in the constitution – thinking.

After requesting the arrest of the House of Representatives submitted by the defense of Daniel, the Public Prosecutor's Office (PGR) talked about granting temporary exits. The agency said: “He noticed, however, that understanding that this is not, with any restrictions on the material system that imposes itself on the prison institution, a possible alternative, it is necessary to give treatment, exceptionally, to arrest the house, for a necessary period.”

Then Morais authorized him abroad to attend a clinic in Petrobolis (RJ). All exits must be connected to the Supreme Court, with service dates and hours of service, and they must be proven within 24 hours.

Last Monday, Minister Louise Fox rejected another garment request for the defense of Silverra, who also requested the prison transfer to the arrest of the house, based on health reasons.
