Security updates now! England wants to control reproduction

The UK is trying to change a lot of what cyber security policies are. You want to control how data is sent and have exclusive access to it. It has been an uphill battle and is now taking new forms. They want to control how and when security updates are released.

There is a clear attempt to control the spread of information on the Internet.  The UK is trying everything to crack down on security measures that tech giants have implemented into their systems and services.
They want access to all communications under the guise of monitoring and preventing security issues.  This represents a step backwards from what has been achieved and is a clear violation of the privacy of everyone who uses the internet.  Responses are piling up with threats to leave Britain.

Device makers must notify the government before releasing critical security updates that fix known vulnerabilities and keep devices secure.  Therefore, the Secretary of State may, upon receiving such prior notice, ask operators to refrain from fixing security deficiencies to allow the Government to maintain access for monitoring purposes.

In a clear attempt to further expand the range of these activities, it now appears Something new, which calls into question the operating systems themselves.  The British government now wants to restrict updates and prevent some bugs from being fixed.
The idea is to ensure that holes used to provide surveillance are accessible.  When the flaws are fixed, there is a chance that these access points will be blocked, so that the UK can no longer listen to conversations.

This is another move that everyone should reject and refuse to comply with.  These communication access points are almost impossible to isolate and attackers can quickly gain access to unwanted communications.
While this may seem trivial and essential, the truth is that it is a very dangerous change.  This opens the door to attackers and even UK surveillance pushing the boundaries of logic for many.
