bullet for my valentine: Leading the Sunset list at this year’s festival on September 2 are Welsh heavy metal band Matt Tuck, Michael Paget, Jason Bold and Jimmy Mathias. It is no coincidence that the group performed on the same day as Iron Maiden, as comparisons are popular internationally, with many critics considering Bullet to be the UK’s second largest since the Leyton sextet.
Rationale: Eddie Rock, Manu Brown, Ice Blue and KL Jay, who have sung together for many years as Racionais MC, meet again on September 3 to give a special performance at the festival. CEE Le Green: After their 2017 success at Rock in Rio, CeeLo returned to the Sunset Theater on September 10 with a special tribute to James Brown. This will be the first time a soul music star has dedicated an entire production to Padrinho do Sul.
Lyudmila: Who closes the 2022 Sunset Theater of Rock in Rio on September 11 is one of the most influential artists of the moment in Brazilian music. Ludmilla wants to make the entire audience dance to the rhythm that was born in the slums of Rio and spread all over the planet. In addition to funk and pop, fans are looking forward to pagode hits and eventual surprises, popular on “Numanice” and “Lud Sessions” project shows, which they are currently performing.
