The Committee on Constitution, Justice and Citizenship (CCJ) of the House of Representatives approved Bill 8131/17of the Senate, which established the national oral health policy within the scope of the Unified Health System (SUS). According to the author, the purpose of the proposal is for the program to become state policy, expressly incorporated into the legislation.
