“The court was not compelled by the defendant’s argument that the plaintiff has a full and reasonable opportunity to sue in the UK. This is because allegations of defamation were made after the UK operation began, ”the judge said.
“Defendant argues that he had privacy with The Sun because they both had the same interest in the case. However, in order for privacy to exist, the defendant ‘s interest in the case must be identical to The Sun’s interest, so representing his interest in The Sun is a representation of the defendant’s legal rights,” the statement continued.
