In this week’s games, in which the mini-tournament was held between June 2 and 4 in London, Great Britain did not fare so well. In men, the team that was leading lost to Belgium (2-3) and then drew with India, losing the extra point on penalties (4-4 in normal time and 2-4 on penalties), but still retained the penalty shootout. Leads with 26 points from 12 games. India reached 24 points after beating Belgium 5-1 and reached second place.

In the women’s, Great Britain beat China 4-3 and then lost to Belgium 0-3. The Belgian women’s team still celebrates the 3-1 victory over China and reached 17 points in only 8 matches, ranking third behind only Australia with 24 points and Argentina with 23 points, but both teams played 12 matches.

The next week of the FIH Hockey Pro League / 2022-23 will be held in Eindhoven in the Netherlands, and the matches are scheduled to take place between June 7 and 12, and include matches in the men’s category and the women’s bracket.
