UK real estate consultant points out which are the best cities in the world to work from home

Lisbon has been selected as the best city in the world to work from home. A study by real estate consulting firm Savills Executive Nomad Index indicates that the Portuguese capital has the lowest levels of pollution, offers benefits in terms of access and transport links, and competitive living costs.

“Technology entrepreneurs are also attracted by Lisbon’s growing position as a technology hub. Real estate costs are low and there is a strong pool of local talent, and companies are moving their headquarters to Portugal, and the city is increasingly becoming more international, ”Ricardo Garcia, CEO of Savills Portugal, told the portal Alô Alô Bahia.

Miami is 2nd in the United States, Dubai is 3rd and Alcarve is 4th, for example, Lisbon offers many benefits such as climate.

“The modern executive owns a villa in Algarve or a residence in Miami, attends online calls from his home office and boardes flights to London, New York or Geneva to attend quarterly meetings,” he concluded. Paulo Dostevin, Chavils World Research Leader.
