England’s best beach town has an “always uncrowded” beach | cities

Bamburgh has been named the best seaside town in England, according to the research site which. With its “never crowded” coastline, the area scored highly in a survey of more than 3,000 respondents who ranked Britain’s seaside towns.

Evaluation, carried out by whom? and published GlassCriteria analyzed include quality of beaches, food and beverages, tourist attractions and cost-benefit ratio.

A 2-mile stretch of white sand runs along the beach, offering plenty of space to sunbathe, swim and take your dogs. Respondents opined that “this place is perfect for those who want some peace and quiet”. The beach rating received five stars (maximum score) for topography, beach quality and beaches.
