Ten new participation spaces in the next three years. This is the promise of NaCapital, which, in order to start expanding its business, launched, in September, its second co-working space in Vitoria, with a contribution of R$1.5 million from developer Nazca.

The new NaCapital Coworking is located on Avenida Rio Branco, in Praia do Canto. With the expansion, the establishment now has more than 1,000 square meters dedicated to shared offices.

The company’s first space is located in João da Cruz, also in Praia do Canto. “Our goal is to open ten more co-working units and impact ten thousand people in the next three years,” shares entrepreneur and founder of NaCapital Coworking, Eric Lorenzon.

Coorkings is an option for many companies aiming to save resources and space as well as expand networks. A survey by the International Workplace Group (IWG) found a 93% increase in the search for group workplaces in the first quarter of 2022, compared to the same period last year.

Brazil ranks third in the ranking, with an increase of 97%. In first place is the United Kingdom, where there was an increase of 300%, and in second place is Spain (123%). Eric Lorenzon believes that growth is the result of a change in the mindset of companies and professionals.

“Co-working represents a new way of working. With the resumption of face-to-face economic activities, shared spaces continue to integrate as an increasingly profitable option that, at the same time, provides connectivity between people and companies from different sectors and fields of activity,” he points out.

For those who have joined Home Office Forever or even those who have followed the hybrid workday model, co-working brings the flexibility of being in an office, without having to “own” the office.

“Shared room service has grown exponentially and has outgrown the economy, which is a huge draw of course, but because it gives freedom to dedicate itself to business strategy rather than getting caught up in the little bureaucracy that a traditional office requires on a daily basis,” assesses Eric.
