According to the UK, Ukraine recaptured villages south of Chernihiv

Oh The UK Ministry of Defense has shared another intelligence report on the situation in Ukraine.

As announced by the British exercise, the Ukrainian army has recaptured the villages of Sloboda and Lukashivka south of Chernihiv. At the same time, they continue to make successful but limited counterattacks in the east and northeast of Kiev.

The British ministry added that Chernihiv and Kiev missiles were the target of airstrikes, despite Russian claims that it was reducing its military presence in the region.

It may be recalled that earlier this week there was a possible improvement in the peace talks in Istanbul following Russia’s announcement of a reduction in military action in Kyiv and Chernihiv. However, Ukrainian officials said the bombings continued in the region.
