Due to its achievements in the Golden Trezzini Awards, the project will be incorporated into the permanent collection of the Saint Petersburg Museum in Russia, strengthening its status as a work of architecture of global importance.

Inspired by the Hercilio Luz Bridge, the residence is also competing in other international awards, such as in Manchester, in the United Kingdom, and in Latvia, in the “Best Residential Project” category.

    Interior of Casa Ponte

Casa Ponte is located in the Cacupé district, north of Santa Catarina Island, facing the bridge and the sunset. Designed for a young family with two teenage children, this space consists of three floors and has an area of approximately 1,000 square metres, and is characterized by its integration with nature and bold solutions for sun protection.

The first floor, more social in nature, features an arrival area, gourmet space, garage, changing room and lounge surrounded by an infinity pool. The two children’s suites, equipped with a pantry and wardrobe, are directly connected to the social area, providing a seamless transition between spaces.

The second floor, the main level of the residence, is an intimate and integrated composition, including a washing area, toilet, office, terrace and kitchen with living and dining area. The two suites are located in a strategic location, and are joined by a large balcony that provides a stunning panoramic view.
