The final result of the first phase of the competition for Community Health Agents (ACS) and Agents for Endemic Disease Control (ACE) in the city of Guanambe was released on Wednesday (16).
The partial result was announced at the beginning of the month and candidates who might have felt disadvantaged were given the opportunity to appeal. After this step, the final result is finally released.
Until November 24, those who are approved will be invited to attend the Initial Continuing Training Course (FIC), the second phase of the competition. Candidates who do not appear on the first day of the course will be considered excluded.
To be appointed by the City Council, candidates must have a minimum attendance of 75% and a minimum of 50% passing the exam at the end of the course.

More than 5,600 candidates have registered to compete over the 67 available on public notice. For community health agent vacancies, the overall competition was 71.3 candidates per vacancy. The auditions took place on 9 October.

Those approved in this public tender will receive wages of R$2,424.00, which is equivalent to a valid minimum wage. They will work 40 hours a week.
