The University of Toronto has open admission to 37 students seeking to graduate in Canada. These are Lester B. Pearson Scholarships, which include tuition, book assistance, emergencies, and four-year residency.

The University of Oxford, one of the most prestigious educational centers in the world, has opened scholarship programs for students in developing countries who wish to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies.
