    The Banco Master Rocky Mountain Games, the largest festival of outdoor competitions and mountain culture in Brazil, opens the 2022 season on Saturday and Sunday (second and third) in Pedra Grande, Atibaia. 800 athletes will be divided between seven contested modalities

    The structure installed on the helipad located on the Parque da Pedra Grande (Alameda Prof. Lucas Nogueira Garcez, 4746 – Jardim Itapetinga), the main meeting point for adventurers in the area, will be the starting point for the modalities: mountain biking (25 km and 50 km), Trail track (6km, 12km, 21km and 42km), Uphill (4.5km), Downhill, Hike & Fly (trekking + paragliding), Gravel (50km) and Canicross (4km race with dogs and their teachers) ).

    The competition will also provide participants with the opportunity to explore the area where roads pass through a range of public, private and protected areas, many of which are closed to use for most of the year.

    The Master Rocky Mountain Games Bank will receive a cash prize of R$20,000. In addition to the awards, the top three men’s and women’s Trail Run 21 km, Mountain Bike 40 km, and Uphill and Gravel mods. Team Rocky Man and Rocky Woman champions (category that includes Trail Run 21 km, Mountain Bike 40 km and Uphill Race) will earn some money.

    8:30 AM – 21KM Track Race

    9 a.m. – 12 km running track

    9:30 am – 6km run

    2 PM – Prizes

    Parallel to the competitions, the Banco Master Rocky Mountain Games will have cultural attractions to engage the families and friends of the athletes, as well as visitors. The event will feature two band concerts, outdoor movie screenings, and offer dining options, as well as additional activities such as tightrope and axe-throwing.

    For children from 5 to 12 years old, there will be activities exclusively for them at Go Outside Camp. It is installed in the arena, and will operate on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    Go Outside Camp is exclusively for children associated with athletes registered in competitions. To complete registration, the participant must contact the organization to confirm registration availability.
