Jake Paul comes forward to fight Tommy Fury in the UK for $ 15M amid Britain's travel problems

Jake Paul volunteered to fight Tommy Fury in the UK, but YouTube demanded $ 15 million.

Paul went on to become a professional boxer 5-0, knocking out every man he faced, most recently stopping former UFC champion Tyrone Woodley at Tampa in December.

Woodley had already been beaten by Paul in August and was appointed to replace the 23-year-old Fury, who withdrew from the December tournament due to injury and illness.

Now Fury – the half-brother of heavyweight boxing champion Tyson – is set to box on August 6 at Madison Square Garden in New York. However, Britain stopped at London’s Heathrow Airport on Monday, casting doubt on the chances of a fight.

Fury tried to travel to New York for a pre-fight press conference with American Paul, accusing his opponent of not taking any action to resolve travel issues. The 25-year-old offered to face Fury in the UK on Twitter on Wednesday, but only on one condition.

“Update: We talked to Tommy Fury’s lawyers,” Paul said in a video. “Everyone is advising him to go to the embassy to get a visa.

“That’s all he had to do, but Tommy showed no urgency. He has not gone yet and has not contacted us about what he is doing. Is this just another case of ‘Tommy Fumbles’ being afraid to fight with me? I think that’s it. I think the Fury family is trying to manipulate something here for me to fight in the UK.

“Well, should I fight in England? Show me $ 15 million because in the US we pay for sightseeing, sell more tickets, and make more sponsorships. I showed him the money and we were ready to go – MSG, August 6.

“Tommy, are you going to miss the biggest payday of your life because you want me to go to the UK? Like I said, I’m going there. Show me the money, but you can not do that; you do not have $ 15 million.

“It simply came to our notice then. Go to the embassy and get your visa and we will conduct this fight. Stop cheating on me, stop wasting my time.

Fury was a professional boxer 8-0, last battling Tillion White in April under his brother Tyson’s knockout.

Young Fury presented the award to Daniel Pozianski on the night of the event, which took place at Wembley Stadium in London.
