Devin Haney will see off George Camposos Jr when the pair clash again in Melbourne this weekend.

Four months after becoming the undisputed lightweight champion against the Australian at Marvel Stadium, the 23-year-old Haynie will step back into hostile territory against the 29-year-old Camposos Jr. at the American Rod Laver Arena.

Haynie remained undefeated and added the WBA, WBO and IBF titles to his WBC belt in June by beating Kampousos Jr., emerging victorious on the judges’ cards 116-112, 116-112 and 118-10 – only the latter score reflected. Americans dominated that day.

On Saturday, Camposos Jr. (20-1, 10 KOs) faces Haney (28-0, 15 KOs) in another main event and will once again look to avenge the only loss of his career.

Haney vs Kambosos Jr 2 will take place on Saturday 15th October at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia.

The ring walk for the main event is expected to begin at 3:30am BST on Sunday, October 16 (1:30pm local Melbourne time; 7:30pm PT, 9:30pm CT, 10:30pm ET, Saturday 10:30pm ET). .

In the UK, Haney vs Kambosos Jr 2 will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, with subscribers able to stream the action live on the broadcaster’s website and on the Sky Go app.
