    Step by Step

    To get started, open any message from a sender from whom you have thousands of emails that you want to delete en masse.

    Then copy this sender’s email address using CTRL + C. Now go to the search bar at the top of Gmail and paste the email address using CTRL + V.

    If you are worried about deleting important emails along with those with sender keywords, we have a solution.

    Use the filter slider to the right of the search bar and enter your email address in the From section.

    After pressing Enter, a complete list of matching emails will be displayed. And to make the process even more efficient, select all messages on the page at once by selecting the check box in the upper left corner of the list.

    When you notice that all your messages are blue, it means that they are already selected.
