    Two men have been arrested in the Saint-Denis region of France on charges of stealing jewelry from a Brazilian woman who had traveled to Paris Fashion Week, a fashion event that takes place every six months with thousands of world-famous brands. Although the crime occurred at the end of September, the investigations conducted by the Public Prosecution (evening) on Wednesday 23.
