Fan creates exclusive Obi-Wan Kenobi movie; The result is surreal

One thing’s for sure: Disney+’s “Obi-Wan Kenobi” series has divided opinions among “Star Wars” fans. Many were disappointed with what they called the “chaotic structure” that was shown in the series, mainly due to the fact that everything was initially planned as a movie.

Upon hearing these screams, the video editor takes the ideal to a new level: turning the original concept into a feature film.

Kenobi: Trials of the Master

The creator of the project is called Pixel Joker and he has worked with visual effects and video editing for a few years. Unlike other editions of the series, where the original content has just been rearranged, Pixel Joker has gone further: it has brought Unreleased scenes.

The film is called “Kenobi: Trials of the Master” (or “Kenobi: The Master Trials”, in the free translation) and is causing a stir in fandom who felt his discontent with the series had finally been heard.

However, Pixel Joker himself is careful to make it clear that the intent of his little initiative isn’t to fix the script; After all, according to him, this is just a creative exercise.

In the description of his videos, he states:

“I respect the creators and the original work. Without them, this and all other fan releases would not be possible. I do not intend to in any way fix, curtail, or replace the original series, but I do intend to provide an alternative approach to the same plot.”

It is worth noting that in the case of copyrighted work, this creation is a fan release and will not be made into any form of fee or donation. Everything is done through passion only.

If you want to check out the original series, “Obi-Wan Kenobi” is in the Disney+ catalog.
