Cancellation of the Caixa Auxílio Brasil loan agreement? Know what to do if you regret it

  • Select Contract Information and click Request Cancellation.

If the loan is presented in the lottery or correspondents, you will have to go to an agency for cancellation.

How to recover app password?

If you lose or forget your Caixa Tem password, there is a process to recover and create a new one. Follow step by step:

  1. Access the Caixa Tem app (Android or iOS), and click “Recover Password”;
  2. Enter CPF in the indicated field, select the option “I am not a robot” and click “Continue”;
  3. Password recovery instructions will be sent to the email you have already registered;
  4. Access your registered email, and click “Link to reset credentials”;
  5. Follow the instructions and create a new password. It must be a number of at least six digits, it cannot be the same as your CPF number, contain repetitions or be your date of birth;
  6. Click Continue to validate the process and log in to the application with the new password.
