Campos opens registration for the reserve in the health field – Campos 24 Horas

The Municipal Health Foundation (FMS) will open on Monday (16) registration for the formation of the replacement reserve registry based on Municipal Law No. 8605 dated December 3, 2014 and Municipal Decree No. 282/2021. Applications continue until 30. The notice was posted on Friday (13) and is valid for six months. Applications will be submitted online, through a link available on the City Hall portal www.campos.rj.gov.br (read more below)

Among the jobs offered for replacement are nursing assistants; Biologist; Surgeon; Maxillofacial Surgeon, Nurse, Pharmacist, Biochemical Pharmacist from Fundação Municipal de Saúde; Physiotherapist, speech therapist, physician, nutritionist and nursing technician. Vacancies will be submitted to the Booking Registry, in accordance with the statutory departure that arises while this notice is in effect. (read more below)

The call for replacements is subject to a registration order in the vacancy register. If it is impossible to perform the displayed replacement, the replacement will move to the end of the recording queue. In the event of non-attendance for the exercise of their work activities, without justification, on a recurring basis, the civil servant will be disqualified from the register, until the completion of a new summons notice. Registration for replacement due to absence established by law, for a period greater than or equal to 30 days as a public servant of a municipal health institution, as provided by law. According to the notice, replacement can only be made by a civil servant in the same status as the civil servant who was removed. Substitution is prohibited if the replacement exceeds 64 hours per week of work in the public service. It can only compete for the replacement of public servants from the permanent employees of the municipal administration. Those servants holding a position on the committee could not compete. A civil servant under an alternative scheme will be entitled: the initial basic salary for the position of the civil servant replaced, additional unhealthy work in the prescribed cases and the bonus, in the applicable cases, in accordance with the legislation. It will be up to the Human Resources Department of the Municipal Health Corporation to control and maintain the record given by the notice. (read more below)

It will be up to the server to keep its data up to date in the Personnel and/or HR Department of the Municipal Health Organization and the HR Department to check the compatibility of the workload to be developed in cases of legal backlog. Alternatives Decree – Mayor Vladimir Garotinho published on August 3 in the Official Gazette of the municipality Decree 282/2021 democratizing the process of replacing public servants in the health field. The substitution system is used by health professionals so that they can fulfill the spells of others who have been temporarily prevented from fulfilling them, as provided by law. (read more below)

We have analyzed the law and it is very good. Therefore, we are in the process of publishing the decree so that everyone will have the opportunity to register for the replacement, according to the needs of the municipality. We are advocates of substitution, as it ensures the continuity of health care services for the population, however, it cannot generally be used as a solution to all human resource shortages.”
