Bluesoft will have a new presidency and innovative projects

Entrepreneur Bruno Tiergarten, Director of Innovation at Megasul Sistemas, has been elected as the new President of Blusoft, the regional center of Associação Catarinense de Tecnologia (Acate), in Blumenau. Along with the Vice President-elect, Israeli businessman Rafael Silva will take up the position for the three-year term 2022-2024. Opening will take place in January 2022, no date has been set yet.

In the presence of the Mayor of Blumenau, Mario Hildebrandt, advisors, assistants and guests, the current head of the entity, Henrique Bilbao, opened the ceremony reminiscent of the city’s 50-year history of technology, marked by the founding of Cittel. He then presented the actions carried out in the three years in which he was in charge of the current administration.

“In addition to the increase in the number of programs offered by Blusoft, in my first year in charge, in 2019 there was a 50% growth in new members. With many measures in place, our ecosystem has gained prominence nationally. Proof of That is to visit the consulates of the United States, the United Kingdom and India to learn about our dynamics,” commented Bilbao, who will be a member of the new administration through Acate.

There has also been an increase in programs offered by the Blumenau entity. “In 2018, we only had Entra21 as a standout. Today, we have more than 15 education and training programs being offered to young people in our area. Next year, Entra21 Estadual will be launched in order to expand employment opportunities in Santa Catarina.”

Bilbao also cited the Alesc Award for Social Responsibility, as well as the presentation of the CIAB Innovation Center project that will host a technology park at Blumenau, Park Tech. The project will cover an area of ​​48 thousand square meters, and will provide space for more than 500 companies, an auditorium with a capacity of 600 people, restaurants and a technology museum. The official launch of the project will be in the first half of 2022.

New board of directors

By introducing the new Board of Directors and giving its voice to the new president-elect, Henrique Bilbao emphasized the importance of continuing the ongoing projects. Bruno Tiergarten took the opportunity to talk about the new proposals that will be developed in partnership with all those elected. During the speech, Tiergarten highlighted the importance of the relationship between the members of the elected list and the entities and businesses.

The businessman from Blumenau stated that the team was formed with the aim of strengthening IT entities and companies in the city. “We are part of the list of large and medium-sized companies, as well as start-ups. With a multiplicity of visions and intentions, we want to contribute and benefit from the IT sector in Blumenau. Our ecosystem is made up by different actors, from municipal and state government agencies, among others. It will be One of the main tasks of the new administration is to strengthen the union between the entities and these actors, and to further strengthen the existing links. ”
