The Birmingham airport reopen its only path on Wednesday, and for more than six hours of the emergency landing due to a mistake in the landing gear for a small plane, a man left a person with minor injuries.

Birmingham Airport said in a report that its operations were resumed after the incident.

In a statement, the Woodgate Aviation, a private charter company based in the Belfast International Airport and the owner of the Beach B22 Super King Air Aviation, said in a statement that “the main landing train collapsed.”

Birmingham Airport said it was closed for 20 hours at the previous update on Wednesday.

Everything on the plane was released by emergency services. Czech-in and security screening services were temporarily closed, he said.

The emergency teams responded to the incident at around 12:40 pm, police said in an X post.

The pictures shared on social media showed that a small plane was parked on the UK's seventh exciting runway.

According to the Flyitradar 24 Airline Monitoring Base, the flight departed at Belfast, Northern Ireland, at 12:11 pm.

The airport website showed that some flights were diverted to other British airports and some matches were canceled or delayed.

Transport Minister Haidi Alexander X told the airport that the interruption at the airport was “very low”, but for the travelers, “how much the situation is.”

The airport, which served about 13 million passengers last year, was the third largest in the UK outside London.
