Arcade Fire is playing a version of “Águas de Março” in Lolla 2024

The musicians were not affected either. The performance was very energetic As for the other times they played in the country.

Fans have begun to enjoy the show in muddy dance floor style. The performers entered the Samsung Galaxy Stage, to the sound of a remix of “Rabbit Hole” and a majestic celebration ball spinning above them.

Vocalist Wayne arrived raising the Brazilian flag. There is no climate. on the contrary. The audience applauded the musician, who immediately came off the stage to greet the audience and present the guitar to one of them.

Speaking of Wayne, he was enthusiastic from start to finish. He would run from side to side, and sometimes, he would stop for a while to sing while sitting, or even while lying down.

But his voice wasn't on the same page. The voices sounded tired. He was so out of breath, he looked like he had just finished a marathon.

Regine Chassagne, another vocalist and Wayne's wife, provided a more harmonious JoJo. As a multi-instrumentalist, she moved from guitar to accordion. In one of the most beautiful moments of the show, he sang in Portuguese.

That's when the band performed a version of “Águas de Março,” a bossa nova song and Tom Jobim classic.

As usual at Arcade Fire, the show was filled with a psychedelic atmosphere, as neon colors jumped from the musicians' gazes to anamorphic screens and optical illusions.

In “Unconditional I (Lookout Kid),” colorful puppets took the stage — and several cell phones were raised to record the moment.

The band played a setlist covering different eras of Arcade. Tracks such as “Rebellion (Lies)”, “Reflextor”, “The Suburbs”, “The Lighting” and “Everything Now” were present.

The more nostalgic moments, such as those on the albums “Funeral” and “The Surburbs,” were the ones that received the most public attention.

The show ended with the song “Awake”, to the sound of a collective chorus of the famous vowels embracing the verses.

Arcade Fire washed the souls of fans. Neither the band's crunch nor the breathy vocals disturb the audience. Their well-executed electro beats and infectious stage presence had the crowd in their faces.
