247 – During an interview with a radio in New York, the singer Anita was stunned by revealing that she is facing suspicions that she has cancer. The tense moment happened last year and the artist shared it during her chat with US KTU Radio. Against medical advice, Anita chose to take action before testing for the disease.
In his words: ‘I started planning vacations with my friends and contacted travel agencies. I said to the doctor, ‘If it’s cancer, I don’t have to be stuck here in the hospital. I don’t want to take the exam now. I will take a month off and then I will be back to do it.” The doctor said no! And I said “yes”! Anita revealed last Friday (30).
The singer explained her decision and revealed that she sought treatment in Japan: “I took a vacation and traveled to Japan, where I met a therapist. It was a spiritual experience, because when I came back and had the tests, I found out I didn’t have cancer. A great story about the things that happen in my life.” Anita’s trip to Japan took place in November 2022, in the company of singer Lexa and influencer Gabe Lopez.
