Amanda Serrano will be looking to keep a potential rematch with Katie Taylor alive when she steps into the ring this weekend.
Serrano will defend her unified featherweight titles in a main event with Erica Cruz in New York City, as Puerto Rico looks to snap a winning streak since her loss to Taylor last April.
Serrano, 34, failed to dethrone the undisputed lightweight champion in the biggest women’s fight of all time but should get another chance against the Irish woman in May if she beats Cruz here.
In the co-main event, Alycia Baumgardner defends her featherweight belt against Elhem Mekhaled.
