Rio – Adele invited a Brazilian fan on stage during her concert in Munich, Germany, on Sunday (25), and listened to the classic song: “Please Go to Brazil”. In response, the singer said that she has been trying to perform in the country for 13 years.

“So you’re from Brazil? I’m trying my best to go to Brazil. I’m trying. ‘Come to Brazil’ is what I hear every day. I’m trying my best. I’m trying to go. I’ve been there for about 13 years, but I won’t lie to you, the logistics are tough, but you know, it’s the only place I want to go. It’s the only place left that I really want to go,” Adele explained.

After the video of the moment went viral on X, formerly Twitter, Rio Mayor Eduardo Paes spoke out, leaving a mystery that touched the hearts of Rio residents. “Really?” he said.

After Madonna's show in the city, the mayor promised to hold huge shows every year on Copacabana Beach, and some names have already been mentioned, such as U2.

The artist, who has never performed in Brazil, said in a recent interview with German channel 2DF that after completing her schedule of shows in Las Vegas and Munich, she will take a break from her career. “I have no plans for new music. I want a big break and I think I want to do other creative things for a short while only,” she said.
