Flutter Entertainment UK & Ireland President Ian Proctor and CEO Connor Grant worked at the paddy power outlets on Tuesday.

The pair supported their retail counterparts and spent the day welcoming customers betting on the final stages of the Euro 2020 group.

Grant visited the Paddy E-shop in Heathrow, Leeds, while Proctor was at King’s Cross, London.

Store executives explained to executives about the Covit-19 security measures such as QR check-in, perspex screens and hand sanitizers.

The company leaders spent their time disinfecting all the machines and customer contact points.

Assets were cleaned up and after executives explained the protocol they followed the cashiers to serve customers at the UK vs Czech Republic and Scotland vs Croatia games.

Two big names in Flutter Entertainment

Connor Grant, CEO of Flutter UK & Ireland, said: “The continued impact of Covid-19 on the retail sector is clear, and it has been a difficult year for our colleagues who need to adapt to the ever-changing environment. …

“However, we were able to see our stores and high streets reopen for business and welcome our customers safely.”

“Thanks to everyone at Paddy Power Heathrow in Leeds for showing me the ropes today and being so happy to be behind the counter.”

Ian Proctor, CEO of Flutter UK & Ireland, said: “Before another big night in Scotland, today I was lucky enough to spend some time with colleagues at our Paddy Power Kings Cross branch.”

“It is clear that the re-opening of retail and the return to live games has been well received by customers and our store colleagues.” So far we have seen steady trade throughout the competition and we expect it to grow as our own countries go to the knockout stage.
