    Everything about China

The Chinese government directed the companies in the states and private companies to avoid H20 processors in NVIDIA, especially in requests related to the public administration and national security, as mentioned by Bloomberg.

This procedure, which is not an official ban, comes weeks after Washington has again authorized the sale of low -cost AI chips to China, provided that NVIDIA and AMD pass 15 % of the revenues of these sales to the American government.

Despite the competitive performance of the H20 in the tasks of artificial intelligence, Beijing is seeking to strengthen national manufacturers and reduce dependence on the semiconductors of Western conductors, as companies such as CAMBRICON, whose actions have been called news. The pressure also reaches the AMD M308 chips.

    • The Chinese authorities raise concerns about potential weaknesses and tracking in processors, and allegations of NVIDIA.
    • At the same time, reports indicate that part of Chinese companies are already planning to reduce the orders of these chips.
    • However, experts believe that the demand will remain strong due to the superior quality against local alternatives, especially for companies such as alibaba and TENCENT.

Tracking tensions between China and the United States of America

Beijing's position shows tensions in the recent transformation of Trump's government, which restricted the export of these chips and now issued in the midst of commercial negotiations – perhaps linked to the supply of rare minerals by China.

While some see this measure as a means of maintaining Chinese technological dependence on the least advanced American products, critics warn that this can accelerate the progress of Chinese technological power.
