    The Board of Directors of Porto (PSSA3), subject to the approval of the Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) of the accounts for the financial year 2024, approved the distribution of interest on equity (JCP) for the first quarter of 2024, in the total amount of R$ 192,115,000.00. These JCPs are equivalent to R$0.29935563114 per company share, excluding treasury shares.

    Income tax (IR) will be withheld at source at the rate of 15% on this amount, except for shareholders who have proven exemption or immunity.

    The balance of JCP will be recorded at net amounts on March 28, 2024, individually for each shareholder based on the final shareholding position on that date, and the Company's shares will be traded outside JCP as of April 1, 2024.

    The JCP repayment date will be determined by management and approved at the Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) which certifies the accounts for the 2024 financial year.

    The insurer earned a net recurring profit of R$688.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. This figure represents an increase of 24.0% compared to the same period last year. Year-to-date, the company's net profits reached a record result, totaling R$2.26 billion.

    Profit before income tax and social contributions reached R$1.23 billion, registering a year-on-year growth of 46.4% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 1.9%. The company's total revenues reached R$8.46 billion during this period, representing an annual increase of 9.5%.

    The average return on equity (ROAE) in the fourth quarter of 2023 was 23.9%, while the ROAE for the year was 19.6%.

    Total administrative expenses reached R$1.02 billion in the fourth quarter of 2023, showing a growth of 6.8% compared to the same period in 2022.
