According to information from the Seu Crédito Digital portal, people with an official contract may be entitled to 5 bonuses.

    Among the rewards we can mention the basic salary. This is the amount agreed upon between the employer and employee, and specified in the employment contract. This is the worker’s central wage and is paid regularly, usually monthly. The other reward comes from legal rewards.

    This is an additional reward guaranteed by law. It includes benefits, such as vacations, 13th salary pay and bonuses for the duration of service. In this sense, we can mention the thirteenth salary, which is an annual bonus equivalent to 1/12 of the wage due in the month of December.
