The big news came via Variety, but don’t be fooled into thinking the new musical adaptation will be the same as the one in amateur theaters. This time, the best show will have its production organized by the theater division of Warner Bros. So, without a doubt, you can expect something really special.
In addition, according to some reports, the show will be called “Free Your Mind” on stage, which is a kind of reference to Laurence Fishburne’s character Morpheus’ speech to Neo, played by Keanu Reeves, in the film. Released in 1999.

For those who don’t know, Factory International, to whom the above description refers, is a cultural hub and soon-to-open art house in Manchester, UK.
