London. The British government plans to test the health passport system in the UK from mid-April to allow the resumption of activities heavily affected by the epidemic at sports events, nightclubs and concerts.

The plan will be detailed by Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday, who will also announce new rules for holidays abroad, which have been banned until at least May 17.

“We are doing everything we can to allow our country … to reopen in the safest way possible,” the Conservative leader said in a statement.

In this sense, the “Covit-19 level certificate” will be generated “in the coming months” to indicate whether a person has been vaccinated, is negative, or has antibodies, and allows mass meetings. They are no longer needed on public transportation or at essential stores or liquor stores when they reopen.

From mid-April, nine pilot trials will begin at Wembley Stadium, including the semi-finals and then the FA Cup final, a disco night and a conference in Liverpool.

More than 70 British MPs from across the political spectrum have hated the health passport scheme, calling it “discriminatory”.
