The Minister of Education, Milton Ribeiro, has decided to prevent federal educational institutions from requesting vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition for the return of face-to-face educational activities. According to the World Health Organization, the rise in the number of omicron infections in the past seven days has increased the pressure on health systems, which are “on the verge of collapse”.
