On Monday (14), singer Brita Gil published on a social network that she had been hospitalized at the Serio Lebanon Hospital in São Paulo to undergo preoperative tests. She is treating bowel cancer and should have surgery on Wednesday (16).
According to the artist, she underwent an MRI and a Pet Scan, a machine that can accurately detect tumors and also check the regression of cancer.
“I will come later to tell you the result of the pet examination, but it was very good, thank God,” he said in a video.
