Tom Hardy, Actor of Venom, Wins the Jiu-Jitsu Championship

On Saturday (17/9), actor Tom Hardy, of famous roles such as Venom and Bane, won the MAC Milton Jeynes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Open, in the United Kingdom. The actor used the birth name Edward Hardy and surprised everyone.

Danny Appleby, one of Tom Hardy’s losers, said he was scared when he saw that he was going to fight the famous actor. But that Hardy would have calmed him down. “I was in shock. He just told me ‘Forget me and do what you normally do,'” he said.

β€œHe’s a very strong man, you wouldn’t imagine coming from a celebrity. I’ve fought six championships and won them all, but he’s definitely the strongest man I’ve ever fought in my life,” said Danny, remembering Hardy’s role in Batman: The Dark Knight Rises.

Tom Hardy, a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, has participated in other tournaments, such as an organized tournament that helps ex-soldiers deal with anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. At that time, he also won the competition.
