The contest rewards the best dog photos;  Look and be enchanted!

The Dog Photography Awards run an annual competition for The best pictures of dogs, in addition to monthly competitions for professional, amateur and student photographers around the world. In 2022, the award will be divided into four categories: vertical and horizontal. studio. Work, dogs and people.

1st place in Best Pictures for each category

For the four categories, the judges had to choose photos from a total of 1,400 entries from 50 countries. So, check out the top spot for each of them below.

Competitor Dalia Fishman took first place in the Portrait and Landscape category with her portrayal of an avalanche rescue dog. For this, Fishman accompanied a research team in Melchsee-Frutt, Sweden. She hid in a frozen cave to take the picture and let the dog find it.

In the Studio category, photographer Su Kaye took home the award. She was able to capture an amazing shot from an original and unique angle.

The photo by Francisco Jr. Mora won first place in the Action category. The photo was taken in Italy, at an obstacle course, during a dog agility competition.

Finally, first place for the dogs and people category was Sabrina Theden’s entry. She managed to snap a photo of her dog, Kenzie, during a Harry Potter-themed photo shoot in Duisburg, Germany.
