    The Board of Directors of Taesa (TAEE3, TAEE4, TAEE11) at a meeting held on Wednesday the 27th approved the distribution of dividends in the amount of R$ 228,003,184.17 as interim dividends.

    The interim dividend will be paid on January 16, 2024, based on shareholders' position on January 3, 2024.

    Effective January 4, 2024, the shares and units will trade “ex-dividend” on B3.

    The dividend payable per unit (TAEE11) is R$0.66184008000.

    The value of the dividend payable per TAEE3/TAEE4 share is R$0.22061336000.
