Stranger Things: Filming for the final season has been delayed due to the writers’ strike

“Book work doesn’t end when recording begins. While we look forward to beginning filming with our amazing cast and crew, that won’t be possible while on strike. We hope a fair deal can be reached soon so we can all get back to work. Until then, we’re out there.” .

Originally, filming of the final cycle was to begin during the North American summer (the period that includes the months between June and August). Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict the duration of the blow.

It should be noted that the strike of the former writers, which took place in 2008, lasted 100 days – during which many film and television productions were badly affected.
