As per the information, Samsung is expected to offer 64 models of Galaxy smartphones and tablets over the course of 2022. Considering that the year will include 52 weeks, it can be said that there will be more than one launch per week.

About the processors, the futuristic Exynos 2200 should be present inside no less than two dozen models from Samsung. This is the case, for example, of the Galaxy S22 line, which will consist of three versions: S22, S22 + and S22 Ultra. Successors of the Galaxy S21 family are also expected to be marketed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 in some countries.

As expected, the Galaxy S21 FE could be announced as early as January with the Exynos 2100 and Snapdragon 888. But the manufacturer will not repeat the doubling on the Galaxy S22 FE, because the smartphone should only be launched with the Exynos 2200. In words, it is possible The Galaxy S21 FE successor does not have Qualcomm’s chipset variants.

Tablets could also win the future chip of the Exynos line. Among the phones that the public has been waiting for are the Galaxy Tab S8, S8 + and S8 Ultra. It is indicated that Exynos processors may also be present in most mid-range phones in the Galaxy A and Galaxy M classes next year.

Samsung is also planning to release other devices with Qualcomm processors. The public is anticipating that the Snapdragon chips will appear in 31 models of devices in the Galaxy line. The manufacturer’s foldable mobile phones should also maintain the same format. Samsung may also bring Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 to the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4.

According to The Elec, the company still intends to use some components from other companies. This is the case, for example, with MediaTek processors, which could appear on 14 Galaxy models.

The company is also studying the possibility of moving Unisoc chips to three models that will be launched within the next year. All of these plans may change in the future due to the scarcity of semiconductors.

    Exynos 2200 with AMD graphics

One of the main bets for the successor to the Galaxy S21 is the Exynos 2200. The public expects the processor to have a presentation with AMD RDNA 2 architecture. Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 is another must-have processor in the brand’s products. The Snapdragon 888 successor is expected to be manufactured in a four-nanometer process and have a core based on the ARMv9 architecture.

The Adreno 730 graphics chip and Snapdragon X65 5G modem will also participate in the chip configuration. All of these components can be announced later this year so they can be launched next year.
