    In partnership with FlixMedia, Riot Games is bringing League of Legends to cinemas across Brazil. Created by Media.Monks, in partnership with Grupo SehLoiro, the film will tell the story of former professional player Felipe “YoDa” Noronha with the game.

    The play will be shown in more than 99 cinema chains in Brazil, for a period of four weeks, before the Super Mario Bros. movie, which opens on Thursday, the sixth. In it, YoDa, now 27, will talk about how he started playing LoL, aged 12, became a professional player, and won competitions like the Brazilian League of Legends Championship, otherwise known as CBLOL. In the play (see below), the former pro player will also talk about how he became a businessman.

    This initiative is part of Riot Games’ “Leave Your Mark” campaign, which aims to highlight the enduring bonds that the game creates with its players, to recognize people who have been and continue to be part of the LoL landscape in the country, which includes more than ten years. . The campaign will continue throughout 2023, with a tribute to other players who have a connection with the game.
