The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Porto (PSSA3) held on Thursday the 28th agreed that on April 10 the interest on equity interest (JCP) will be paid in the amount of R$ 617,761,218.70, net, equivalent to 73.68% of the total Dividends were announced in June And September and December 2023.

The meeting also agreed to pay the remaining balance of the dividends by December 31, 2024 in the amount of net R$ 220,713,907.44, equivalent to 26.32% of the total dividends.

It is worth noting that on June 26, 2023, Porto's Board of Directors announced a net worth of R$0.50804332010 per share, based on the shareholders' position on June 29, 2023.

The Board of Directors announced on September 25, 2023 that JCP's net worth is R$ 0.25058205095 based on the shareholding position on September 28, 2023.

On December 21, 2023, the Board of Directors declared JCP a net worth of R$0.45556512582 per share to shareholders based on the shareholders' position on December 27, 2023.

The meeting on Thursday the 28th approved the payment of additional dividends for the fiscal year 2023 in the amount of R$ 60,067,875.50, equivalent to R$ 0.09380122264 per share.
