Pátria Investimentos, a global alternative asset management firm focused on Latin America, has announced the raising of R$1.8 billion from Pátria Private Equity VII Advisory FIP Multiestratégia. The distribution of XP Investimentos to Brazilian investors resulted in a higher volume of R$ 834 million initially expected.

The fund is part of Pátria Private VII’s strategy, Pátria’s latest bid, whose structure aims to add up to US$3.5 billion through financing in Brazil and abroad and investing in sub-sectors of large industries such as food, health, and education. , logistics, among others.

Pátria Private Equity VII Advisory Funding represents portfolio expansion for clients as it democratizes and creates access to its portfolio for Brazilian investors with a minimum ticket of R$10,000. “In line with our strategies, the funds raised by Pátria Private Equity VII Advisory will be invested in resilient sectors, which make a positive impact on people’s lives and are relevant to the economy,” said Partner and Head of Marketing and Product at Pátria.
