More than 40 people were found dead in a truck near San Antonio, Texas, in the United States, on Monday (27).
Governor Greg Abbott said there were 42 dead.
The initial hypothesis is that the victims are immigrants, according to the “New York Times”. Everyone on the trailer is believed to have entered the United States illegally.
In addition to the dead, 12 others were found alive and taken to district hospitals, according to local government officials.
