After it emerged that Yuri Lima had cheated on singer Iza, Mirasol, the team he plays for, began receiving several comments on Instagram posts calling for the midfielder and team captain to be fired. However, the club stated in a note sent to Extra that it does not interfere in the private affairs of its players.

Singer Iza announced the end of her relationship in a video clip she posted on social media on Wednesday, the 10th of this month, saying that the reason was his betrayal and she asked for “respect for her moment.” She is six months pregnant with her first daughter.

She explained that he cheated on her with someone he was in a relationship with before getting into a relationship with Iza and that the two never stopped talking.

And she’s going to get to know him, because she really wants to be known. The conversations with her are at high levels, and to me, this is already a huge breach of trust,” Iza pointed out.

I think it’s the biggest low I’ve ever had in my life,” he lamented.

Iza concluded by saying that she will deal with the situation in her own time. On social media, Yuri has not yet commented on the news of the breakup.
