the LiveoHolding the bonuses of a company Eloopand Uber A strategic partnership announced, allowing The races in the application of mobility generate points for users. From Liveo's point of view, the agreement promotes an increasingly presence strategy in the daily life of customers, facilitating the accumulation and use of points. For Uber, it is another step to increase the participation of passengers and loyalty.

“Through the exclusive Livilo partnership with Uber, we were able to expand our ecosystem for accumulation points and communicate with what is related to our customers. The application is part of the routine of millions of Brazilians, and with this news, consumers can also bring their next reward,” says André Filler, CEO of Liveo.

Marco Cruz, Uber's Business Development Director in Brazil, says the process of finding a loyal partner took about a year and this Liveo was chosen because it provides the best user experience. “In Uber, we are constantly looking for ways to reward our users for the options they make in daily life. The partnership with Liveo enhances this commitment.”

To start accumulating points, users must click on a tab in the Uber app and log in to the Liveo account the first time. The process begins on the eighteenth and will be expanded gradually to the entire base. Companies say they still end the terms of exchange, that is, how many real points are in the races they will generate.

What is specific is that for ordinary users, users will create “distinct” points, that is, in black groups, comfort and reserve. For members of the Uber One subscription program, all races are born with a higher rate than the primary users.

Companies do not reveal an official goal, but Cruz bleeds that Liveo CEO has excited. “Andrei has put me a challenge, a Liveo partner who has reached a mark of a million connected accounts. It is a relatively modest goal, I think you can get there quickly,” commenting. Uber does not open details about the number of passengers in Brazil, but he has made more than 11 billion trips since its arrival here in 2014, and the ten largest cities in the world in the total races, five are the Brazilians.

Currently, it is not possible after reaching the road and using Liveo points directly to pay Uber flights, but companies are working on them. “I think we can develop in a short time,” says Cruz.

“The journey begins in loyalty to the accumulation of points, then the rescue comes. The user can even recover his points, make pixels and pushing Uber, but we want a simpler journey that can be used directly. It is a natural way that we will follow.

In recent years, Liveo has diversified the base of its partnership. Today, less than 50 % of the accumulation of points from shareholders, Bradsco and Banco Do Brasil, who control ELOPAR. In 2016, when the company was launched, it was 100 %.

On the other hand, if 100 % of the points are used as miles to purchase airline tickets, this rate today is 60 %. In the number of transactions, only 20 % for airlines (financial size is higher because tickets are higher compared to other products purchased by points). “We want to be increasingly in the daily life of customers, and make the points come bonuses. We have a base of 540 partners,” says Liveo CEO.

At the end of 2023, Liveo held a partnership with Stix Fidelidade, a points program established by the PãO De Açúcar group (GPA), Raia Drogasil (RD), which then joined C & A, Sodimac and Shell Box. This helped reduce the average ticket and make customers use more rewards in daily spending. Since the beginning of the partnership, more than 3 million consumer has used the solution.
