The journalist was kicked out of the station

With an impeccable resume, Janine Borba just got on Record’s kick list and got rejected on Wednesday (19). She was at the station for 19 years and anchored the major news programming in the house.

Record going through this crisis and fired many professionals. The situation at the station is very distressing with many employees leaving, but the layoffs are only expected to end on Friday.

Janine has a degree in Journalism from Faculdades Integradas Alcântara Machado and started working in radio in 1989, working for Rádio Bandeirantes, CBN and Rádio Globo. His journey on television began in 1995, as a correspondent for Jornal da Band, which became an anchor four years later, together with Marcos Hummel.

At Record, the journalist was hired in 2004 to present Tudo a Ver, along with Paulo Henrique Amorim. However, Janine asked to leave the project, as she was transferred to Fala Brasil, working again alongside Marcos Hummel.

In 2005 he directed Jornal 24 Horas and a year later Domingo Espetacular, again with Paulo Henrique Amorim, staying there for twelve years. Until then, the journalist was at Journal da Record, but was cut off from the station on Wednesday.
