According to Downdetector, a portal that monitors the operation of online services, the problem started around 2:25 p.m. and reached a peak of 206 notifications at 3:42 p.m. 70% of reported problems are application-related, 21% deal with server connectivity, and another 9% are complaints about feed errors.
