Inoue v Butler time: When does circular walking start in the UK and US today?

Paul Butler will enter sprint territory today (Tuesday, December 13) when he faces Naoya Inoue in an undisputed bantamweight title fight.

Butler captured the interim WBO title in April by defeating Jonas Sultan, and since then the Briton has been promoted to the official WBO weight class champion. He puts this to the test at the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan, while also looking to take Inoue’s IBF, WBA, and WBC belts.

Inoue enters the main event undefeated as a professional, with a record of 23-0 (20 knockouts) and a reputation as one of the best pound-for-pound boxers alive. The 29-year-old stopped Nonito Donaire in the second round in June, in his final outing three years after defeating the Filipino American.

Meanwhile, the 34-year-old Butler is 34-2 as a pro with 15 overtime wins.
